We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Patient Care Coordinator (Aesthetic Sales) to join our team at LaserAway. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments with warm leads, conduct consultations, and describe LaserAway's treatments.
  • Build rapport with potential patients, explain product and service capabilities, overcome objections, and prepare financing contracts with lenders.
  • Introduce new products and services to existing accounts.
  • Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
  • Check patients in/out, ensure a positive experience, maintain a clean and professional clinic.
  • Restock inventory, light cleaning, assist clinicians with room turnover, and uphold brand standards.
  • Greet patients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Follow LaserAway policies and protocols.
  • Weekend availability is required for both weekend days every week.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in on-site luxury retail sales with a commission-based structure or 3+ years of experience in the beauty, aesthetic dermatology, or related industries.
  • Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
