Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at B. Fehr, LLC dba Golden Corral. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and offer a personalized invitation to return, provide assistance to guests who need help, process GC On the Go To-Go orders, and handle payments accurately.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas, and ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct.
  • Operational Excellence: Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe, ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork, and follow local health department laws.
