Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage practice reception, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records, ensuring compliance with veterinary medical records requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, updating client files, and preparing client correspondence.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, word processing, and mail services.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and practice team members to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional client experiences.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous veterinary experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinarians, and practice team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
