Job Title: Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at All God's Creatures Veterinary Hospital. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive experience for every patient and family member who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage practice reception, including answering phones, greeting clients, and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records, ensuring compliance with veterinary medical records requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing client correspondence, and sending reminder notices.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, word processing, and mail services.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous veterinary experience preferred.
  • Ability to work on weekends as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in practice management software.
