Position Overview
The Senior Merchandising Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the National Retail business group by providing high-level merchandising expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for merchandising initiatives with both internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee daily operations while delivering comprehensive status updates and maintaining the Plan of Record.
- Formulate merchandising strategies tailored to enhance customer experiences in retail environments.
- Create and manage an annual Seasonal Calendar to drive campaign activities.
- Monitor campaign progress to ensure milestones are achieved, utilizing project management tools in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Visual Merchandising
- Design and implement visually appealing planograms that align with the objectives of each National Retailer, focusing on merchandising, messaging, customer flow, and spatial planning.
- Provide field-facing guidelines for retailers to facilitate effective changeovers.

Production Management
- Oversee the distribution and production of Retail Point of Purchase materials and displays, including managing quantities and shipping strategies for optimal execution.
- Maintain relationships with external suppliers, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.

Budget Oversight
- Track and manage budgets under the guidance of senior management, including invoicing and forecasting.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred experience in telecommunications or with national retailers.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiarity with project management software and design tools is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
