Job Overview

At Insight Global, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, including corporations, small businesses, healthcare facilities, start-ups, manufacturing facilities, banks, farm equipment stores, contractors, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including custom merchandising for employees, customers, and beyond.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential customer sites.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage company resources and expertise to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Knowledge of the custom merchandising industry and its trends.
  • Strong network of contacts in the business community.
