About the Role: As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will embody the essence of the Pandora brand. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the Store Manager and ensuring that our store thrives through exceptional customer service and sales performance. You will spend meaningful time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and collaborating with your team to achieve sales goals.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Fostering a vibrant store culture that reflects our brand values and encourages team members to excel as brand ambassadors.
  • Creating a high-performance sales environment that delights customers and exceeds their expectations.
  • Upholding our brand philosophy in every customer interaction, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Driving sales performance and surpassing commercial targets, setting new benchmarks for success.
  • Coaching and motivating a team of talented individuals, providing constructive feedback to enhance their performance and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Building a strong talent pipeline for seasonal and regular hiring to maintain our high standards.
  • Delivering a world-class shopping experience by being attentive to customer needs and implementing effective loss prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record as a results-driven leader with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to drive positive outcomes.
  • Excellent time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and delegating effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work.

Work Environment: This role requires flexibility, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods.
