Job Description: Accountant-Payroll Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Accountant-Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Advancing CT Together. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

The successful candidate will possess an Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience. Proficiency with Excel and accounting software, such as Abila MIP, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

Your responsibilities will include processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and resolving payroll discrepancies. You will also assist with financial reporting, maintain records of expenditures, and prepare documents required for annual audits.
