About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of employee timesheets, calculating weekly pay including overtime, holiday, sick time, and vacation pay, preparing, processing, and maintaining employee payroll, including tax forms and W-2s, and filing relevant reports and documents as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Prior work experience as a compensation and benefits coordinator or in a similar position

A competitive salary range for this role is estimated to be between $45,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The company offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Responsibilities:
