About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll and Accounting Administrator to join our finance team at the YMCA of Greater Hartford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and wants to make a difference in their community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, managing accounts payable, and performing general ledger analysis. They will also provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, and develop strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate payroll records and process bi-weekly payroll through ADP
  2. Reconcile financial data and analyze variances
  3. Process accounts payable and other financial transactions
  4. Support employees and management on payroll-related issues
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders
