Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • List and Sell Residential or Commercial Real Estate: The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling properties to potential buyers, negotiating purchase agreements, and closing deals.
  • Negotiate Purchase Agreements and Contracts: The sales representative will work closely with clients to negotiate the terms of purchase agreements and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Host Open Houses and Other Events: To attract potential buyers and promote properties, the sales representative will host open houses and other events, such as client appreciation nights.
  • Prepare Market Analysis: To determine property value, the sales representative will conduct market research and provide detailed analysis to clients.
  • Educate Clients: The sales representative will educate clients on basic real estate procedures, ensuring they make informed decisions throughout the buying or selling process.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: A background in real estate, property management, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Real Estate Contracts: The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of real estate contracts and leases.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and closing deals.
  • Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients is critical to success in this role.
