We are seeking a highly skilled Experienced Real Estate Specialist to lead our team in all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of clients.
About the Role:
- List and sell residential or commercial properties, utilizing expertise to secure optimal sales results.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers, leveraging strong communication skills to drive successful transactions.
- Host open houses and other events, promoting listings and fostering client engagement.
- Prepare market analysis to determine property value, providing valuable insights to clients.
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the process.
