Job Title: Residential and Commercial Property Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Residential and Commercial Property Specialist to join our team at Weichert Realtors Emerald Properties.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for listing and selling residential or commercial real estate properties. They will negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers, host open houses and other events, prepare market analysis to help determine property value, educate clients on basic real estate procedures, and verify and disclose property facts to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
