The Real Estate Sales Administrator plays a vital role in supporting our sales team by managing data, updating key reporting tools, and ensuring timely completion of JIOs. This position requires a unique blend of sales support expertise and real estate knowledge, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and update MLS listings for all active properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with real estate standards.
  2. Maintain data accuracy in key reporting tools, including SmartSheets and incentive worksheets, with regular updates to ensure current information is always available.
  3. Ensure completion of JIOs within 48 hours, coordinating with relevant teams to keep the sales process efficient and timely.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for online sales inquiries, responding to potential buyers and guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process.

Qualifications:
  • Active NC/SC real estate license.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in a related role.

Compensation:$55,000 - $65,000 annually. Benefits include 100% Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance covered to the employee, 401k with a Safe Harbor match formula of 100% of employee contributions up to 3% of their compensation, then 50% matching contribution of the next 2% of employee's compensation, 11 annual company-paid holidays, and 5.54 hours paid time off per bi-weekly pay period.
