Real Estate Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Manage and update MLS listings for all active properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with real estate standards.
- Maintain data accuracy in key reporting tools, including SmartSheets and incentive worksheets, with regular updates to ensure current information is always available.
- Ensure completion of JIOs within 48 hours, coordinating with relevant teams to keep the sales process efficient and timely.
- Serve as the primary contact for online sales inquiries, responding to potential buyers and guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Active NC/SC real estate license.
- 2-5+ years of experience in a related role.
Compensation:$55,000 - $65,000 annually. Benefits include 100% Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance covered to the employee, 401k with a Safe Harbor match formula of 100% of employee contributions up to 3% of their compensation, then 50% matching contribution of the next 2% of employee's compensation, 11 annual company-paid holidays, and 5.54 hours paid time off per bi-weekly pay period.
