Position Overview:

As a Client Services Support Specialist in the Surety sector at Willis Towers Watson, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional consulting and advocacy services to our clientele.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to Surety clients
  • Establish and nurture relationships with primary client decision-makers
  • Execute administrative tasks and fulfill deliverables in accordance with service level agreements

Specific Duties Include:

  • Issuing Surety bonds and managing related processes as directed by clients
  • Entering data and interpreting bond requests accurately
  • Handling renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
  • Resolving client and carrier accounting discrepancies
  • Preparing and submitting billing documentation
  • Reporting bonds to carriers and managing filing tasks
  • Creating written correspondence, reports, and analyses
  • Facilitating effective communication with clients and team members
  • Participating in meetings and discussions
  • Upholding client confidentiality at all times
  • Exhibiting strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applications proficiently
  • Having prior experience in the insurance sector is beneficial
  • Familiarity with Surety and insurance brokerage practices is advantageous
  • Exposure to Epic and Sure Path systems is a plus
