Job Overview
V R Della Infotech Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our team in Plano, Texas.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experience supporting C-suite and/or senior level executives.
- Responsibilities include managing the VP's highly detailed calendar, scheduling meetings and conference calls, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing and reconciling the VP's T&E reports.
- The Administrative Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining content, accuracy, and visual organization of files, organizing and maintaining office supplies, and managing departmental projects as assigned.
- Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make clear and timely decisions.
- The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Apple products and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the VP's highly detailed calendar, schedule meetings and conference calls, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and reconcile the VP's T&E reports.
- Maintain content, accuracy, and visual organization of files.
- Organize and maintain office supplies.
- Manage departmental projects as assigned.
Salary: $30.00 per hour.
