Job Title: Medical Office Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our clinic. Your duties will include answering phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff member or department, greeting patients professionally both on the phone and in-person, handling all administrative duties promptly and accurately, performing routine front office tasks to support medical staff, communicating with clients to ensure proper billing and accurate medical records management, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and understanding insurance information.

You will be working closely with our medical staff to provide top-quality patient care and ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
