Compensation and Benefits:
Base pay ranging from $14 to $16 per hour, complemented by UNLIMITED sales commissions and service bonuses.

Ideal Candidates:
Possess the ability to quickly establish rapport with clients, confidently recommending products and services.
Enjoy the dynamic of meeting new individuals daily while cultivating relationships.
Hold a high school diploma (or equivalent) with prior experience in retail or sales preferred.
Exhibit critical thinking skills, strong mathematical and computer abilities, and multitasking proficiency.
Demonstrate a commitment to total body care with a foundational understanding of massage and skincare services.

Daily Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this role is to introduce the Massage Envy Wellness Program to each guest, facilitating new member sign-ups and supporting their decisions to enhance their wellness journey with body or skincare services.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and understood.
Promote the benefits of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, scheduling future appointments, and encouraging retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
Support clinic operations by welcoming clients, managing service schedules, handling phone inquiries, responding to emails, and addressing client questions.
Contribute to the growth and retention of a client base through in-person interactions and outreach.
