Account Executive

The Staten Island FerryHawks are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with fans, ticket plan holders, and sponsors to drive revenue growth through sponsorship sales, group, and season ticket packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders through proactive outreach and personalized communication.
  • Make a minimum of 60 proactive touch points per day to engage with fans and sponsors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all inbound communication channels.
  • Implement and execute sponsorship packages, group, and season ticket holder benefits and events.
  • Collaborate with the box office team to address customer service issues, ticket exchanges, and other ticketing-related queries.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a passion for sales and personal development.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the sports industry.
  • Be able to solicit new business through cold calling and in-person sales.
  • Be able to create professional sales proposals and execute presentations.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Display strong leadership, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Be flexible with a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
