About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team at Walmart Commerce Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative retail SaaS solutions to retailers and helping them achieve their business goals. You will work closely with our product, operations, engineering, and 3rd party providers to demonstrate the specific value of our solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level clients and internal teams
  • Partner with our product and engineering teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing customers
  • Collaborate with our operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area
  • 5+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of consistently hitting quota over $1M ARR per year
  • Experience working with retail customers and a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area
  • Experience with CRM software and a proven track record of using it to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive digital experiences
