Associate Personnel Analyst

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, Position Control Unit, the incumbent is responsible for the more varied and complex technical position control activities, developing and maintaining Position Control procedures and providing accurate personnel data reports utilizing the Management Information Retrieval System (MIRS) and ensuring confidential information is maintained in accordance with the Information Practices Act, California Public Records Act, and various departmental policies.
Duties and Responsibilities- Processing of Change in Established Positions (STD. 607)
- Monthly position reconciliation utilizing the State Controller's Office (SCO) Established Position Roster report and Periodic Report
- Position roster card maintenance and reconciliation
- Funding tracking maintenance
- Assisting Fiscal Management Section (FMS) in the fiscal year, Schedule 8/Position Recap reconciliation
- Acting as a lead to other lower-level staff
This position is located at CCHCS Headquarters in Elk Grove, CA. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.

Candidates new to CCHCS are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan Fingerprinting, and Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to appointment followed by department annual TB testing/evaluation thereafter.
