Support the hiring manager in various administrative functions; coordinating appointments and events, managing communications, and assisting with the preparation of agreements between Creative and Legal Departments, among other tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicating via emails and messages with both internal teams and external partners.
• Managing the calendar (scheduling, events, meetings) for the hiring manager and other supervisors as required.
• Handling phone inquiries and taking messages to pass on to the hiring manager.
• Completing templates with information provided by the hiring manager (copying and pasting) in Microsoft Word.
• Accessing a database of contracts in E-Docs from the Legal Department as necessary.
