Job Summary

The Office Clerk position at Trax Group is a dynamic role that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our freight audit and payment process, including mail receipt and preparation, general office duties, and client-specific coding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including incoming and outgoing mail, fax distribution, and carrier coding.
  • Manage client-specific coding, loss and damage claims, and unapplied remittance issues.
  • Work closely with the Manager of Accounting on carrier payment tasks and participate in the Trax migration team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of related job experience
  • Ability to type at least 40 wpm and 10-key touch
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
