Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases
  • Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle ownership experience
  • Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
  • Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Accurately review deals, submit them to lenders for approval, and effectively close deals
  • Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines
  • Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals
  • Audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements

Requirements:

  • Eagerness to improve and learn
  • Experience in automotive sales, finance, retail, or other financial institutions
  • Knowledge of dealership finance procedures and structuring deals for maximum profitability
  • Well-versed in Federal and State Laws
  • Professional personal appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license
