Quality Assurance Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to have a dedicated coordinator handle all of the day-to-day Quality requests, inspections, and other ad-hoc requests for our organization. This individual will report directly to the Site Director and work with the Account Management team as well as the Quality Control Supervisor to ensure all requirements and special requests are completed timely and meet the customer's expectations.

  • Working knowledge of our QA system (including process and doc control) is essential for success in this role.
  • Quality Assurance coordination and execution on ad-hoc urgent requests such as stop-ship notifications, random inventory checks, rework/sorting, inbound/outbound reporting regarding affected units, etc.
  • Complete technical inspections as requested by customers to execute the checking and testing on the physical product.
  • Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes, and inputting data into quality databases and customer tools as needed or required.
  • A proactive approach to identify findings/opportunities and present to customers is crucial.
  • Schedule/Shift: 6:00am- 2:30pm, M-F
Your Profile
  • Inventory Control background is a must.
  • Able to manage and coordinate operational projects.
  • Experience working in warehouse environments, including MHE operation.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Documentation and reporting skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to commute to our Ontario, CA location.
