Job Title: Sr. Manager, Sales Training

CoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. As a Sr. Manager, Sales Training, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth of the sales organization by developing and managing a robust and dynamic training program.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of trainer/coaches and develop a comprehensive training program focused on sales growth.
  • Partner with sales leaders, analytics, and business partners to set and manage a learning agenda with defined outcomes and performance metrics.
  • Establish and monitor key outcomes and metrics for learning programs.
  • Collaborate with peers to develop insights and future strategies from program data and results.
  • Identify and shape additional L&D needs across new and existing sales talent.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university.
  • Certification or advanced degree in learning and development or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales/sales management role, preferably in residential real estate, software as a service (SaaS) technology, or financial sales.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, managing teams of individual contributors.
