Job Summary

Chinatown Service Center is seeking a highly skilled Quality and Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our PACE program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the physical and emotional well-being of participants.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to create and implement effective care plans.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure compliance with DHCS and CMS guidelines.
  • Complete timely submission of all required information to DHCS and CMS.
  • Investigate and report security incidents.
  • Collaborate with the center manager to report SDRs, grievances, and appeals.
  • Attend monthly and quarterly meetings with DHCS and CMS.
  • Develop and implement audit training and prepare the team for audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related field.
  • Experience working with frail elderly populations.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and apply good judgment.
  • Ability to function well independently.
  • Ability to use or be trained in computer skills for the workplace.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Ability to occasionally move about inside the office.
  • Able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
