Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packing Specialist to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of high-end products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packing and Shipping: Carefully package high-end products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, using specialized packaging materials to protect fragile items.
  • Quality Control: Verify and inspect products for quality control before packing, ensuring that all items meet our high standards.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Create and print shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips, and track and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control and stock management as needed, maintaining an organized and clean workspace.
  • Communication: Communicate with couriers and carriers to schedule pickups and resolve shipping issues, and maintain excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in shipping, packing, or a similar role, preferably handling high-end or fragile items.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work with care and precision.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and handle packages of varying weights safely.
