Job Overview

RoomRaccoon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurturing and managing outbound leads to keep potential clients engaged.
  • Utilizing CRM to effectively manage and track interactions with prospects.
  • Analyzing market trends and tailoring strategies to increase conversion rates.
  • Initiating contact with potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Understanding and articulating the value proposition clearly to spark interest among prospects.
  • Identifying and leveraging industry trends and insights to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients.
  • Designing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
  • Testing and optimizing email content and delivery strategies to improve open rates and engagement.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to enhance future campaigns.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to expand the outreach program, focusing on innovative tactics to reach and engage target markets.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align outbound initiatives with overall business goals.
Requirements
  • Fluent English.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with a background in Hospitality and/or SaaS.
  • Sales/business development experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey messages in written and verbal form.
  • Experience with CRM software and email marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, able to interpret data to inform strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a sales or marketing role.
