Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a minimum of six months of previous relevant clinical nursing experience. As a Nursing Unit Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and directing subordinate personnel during assigned shifts, ensuring the highest quality patient care according to physician orders and LMC policy and procedures. You will also prepare required documentation and maintain accurate internal records on patient care.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold an associate's degree and be certified as a registered nurse
  • Have a minimum of six months of previous relevant clinical nursing experience
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills
  • Be licensed as a R.N. by the Texas State Board of Registered Nurse Examiners
  • Hold current certifications in ACLS, PALS, or NRP (or obtain within six months of employment)
  • Pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. We also offer relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses for qualified candidates.
