Licensed Vocational Nurse Lead

The Regency Integrated Health Services team is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse Lead to join our Laredo South Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Laredo, TX.
About the Job:
- We are offering a competitive salary of $62,000 per year.
- This is a full-time position with a range of responsibilities that include overseeing daily operations, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular rounds to assess resident condition and implement care plans as directed.
- Administer medications as prescribed and perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts.
- Oversee and monitor aides, identifying significant changes in resident condition and taking necessary action per facility policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- A valid Texas state license for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) is required.
- At least one year of experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
