Job Summary:
As an Intensive Care Unit Nurse with Universal Health Services, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team. This position requires a RN (Registered Nurse) with a strong background in nursing principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provides safe and effective care to critically ill patients
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitors patients' condition and adjusts care as needed
• Educates patients and their families on self-care techniques and disease management

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
• Current state nursing license
• BLS certification (or obtained during orientation)
• At least one year of experience in an acute care setting preferred
