Job Description

Insight Global seeks a seasoned Human Resource Director to lead its manufacturing operations in the greater Minneapolis area. As a key member of the executive team, this individual will drive the development and implementation of human resources strategies to support business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including the creation of job descriptions, job postings, and interview materials.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs to improve employee skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employee relations program to foster a positive work environment, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management programs to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant and competitive in the industry.
  • Manage employee data, records, and reports, using HRIS software to track metrics and analyze trends.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, selection, and talent management, with a track record of successful hires and employee retention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, managers, and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Availability to travel to sister sites, as needed.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: Greater Minneapolis area.
