Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Human Resources team as a Summer Intern. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent development, business growth, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support business growth and talent development
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR strategies and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve HR processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Requirements

  • Pursuing a master's degree with a target graduation date of December 2024 or May 2025
  • Previous work experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Ability to start internship program on June 9, 2025 in Minneapolis, MN

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and expertise in talent management or a related Human Resources function
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills within a business context
  • Experience building presentations and utilizing basic data visualization techniques
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to think and work independently with a professional demeanor
  • Flexibility to work within a multi-discipline team and receive dynamic on-the-job training
  • Highly organized; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
