Human Resources Generalist Job Description

CV Resources is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Irvine, CA.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant HR generalist experience, with a strong background in fast-paced, corporate environments.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Full-cycle recruiting, including creating job descriptions and managing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Preparing employee separation notices, training materials, and coordinating yearly annual performance review processes
  • Maintaining records of employee-related data, ensuring org-charts are up-to-date, and generating and analyzing various HR metrics
  • Providing back-up on benefits administration, supporting DE&I efforts, and conducting audits of HR processes
  • Answering HR-related questions and providing support to associates

Qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of relevant HR generalist experience
  • Experience working in fast-paced, corporate environments
  • High volume recruiting for all levels of employees
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to multi-task and wear many hats
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment
