Position Overview:
We are in search of a proficient Mid-Level Program Management professional to join our Integration Team, contributing to national initiatives addressing chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats. This program utilizes advanced datasets, analytics, AI, and automation capabilities in partnership with multi-intelligence and multi-domain systems across various organizations.
Requirements:
Security Clearance: Must possess an active Top-Secret clearance or be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI.
Education: Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 5 years of experience.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Agile software development methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with contemporary software architectures such as microservices and front-end frameworks.
- DevSecOps experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage proactively with team members and cross-organizational colleagues.
- Capability to synthesize requirements for feature requests, propose alternative technical and business solutions, and facilitate engineering efforts to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository system (MARS), Open Mission Systems bridge, and Open-Source Intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability in active learning and innovative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, development, testing, and documentation of projects.
- Implement business process improvement practices, modernizing project methodologies and reengineering outdated principles.
- Support agency teams in the development and management of project milestones, objectives, and deliverables.
- Maintain awareness of the latest AI systems and software architecture trends, including design patterns and DevSecOps.
- Collaborate closely with clients and requirements owners to expand product lines.
- Develop comprehensive plans, roadmaps, and software design strategies, analyzing and breaking down activities and requirements into software designs across system components.
- Document compliance standards and report on reference architectures.
