Job Title: Program Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Management Specialist to support our team at Beckwith Mercer Llc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program or project management, with a focus on administration and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, program managers, and team members in preparing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Facilitate and document meetings, ensuring that action items are clearly defined and followed up.
  • Maintain comprehensive project and task documentation records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Complex Project Coordination:
  • Oversee the coordination of project and task timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Prepare detailed status reports, presentations, and key documents for senior leadership and others as needed.
  • Act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring project and task alignment.
Compliance and Documentation Management:
  • Ensure all documentation meets company and client policies and requirements, particularly for government contracts.
  • Prepare and submit project and activity reports, working closely with relevant departments to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in project or program management, with a strong focus on administration and coordination.
  • Extensive experience in managing project and task documentation and ensuring compliance with various standards.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience drafting reports and preparing and delivering presentations for senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of government contracting.
  • Significant experience in the cybersecurity or physical security industry.
  • Expertise in energy sector security and risk management.
