Job Title: Leave Share Specialist

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a skilled Leave Share Specialist to join our team. As a Leave Share Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees by managing leave share programs, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage leave share programs, including validating employee eligibility, reviewing medical documentation, and determining leave balances.
  • Process leave donations, including verifying recipient eligibility, updating leave balances, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct leave audits, ensuring accuracy of leave balances, and making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR Specialists to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain case files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management, including biweekly/monthly status reports.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in understanding and interpreting federal regulations related to leave share programs.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pay and leave administration, including experience with analyzing leave disparities and creating leave audits.
  • Proficient use of NFC (or similar system automated payroll/personnel systems) with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of web-based federal time and attendance systems, including WebTA and Paycheck8.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing, supporting, and conducting operational processing under federal Leave Share Programs.
