The Garrett County Health Department is seeking a part-time Office Clerk II to provide clerical support in the Early Care Programs Unit.

Clerical duties include copying and scanning various materials, greeting and directing office visitors, answering telephone calls, and providing routine information. The successful candidate will also be responsible for sorting and distributing incoming mail/packages, preparing outgoing mail, and entering, retrieving, and updating information using computer software applications.

This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with general supervision from the program director. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
