Financial Clerk AP/AR Specialist

The Financial Clerk AP/AR will assist the CFO and AR Director with various tasks related to accounts receivable and payable in the finance office. This includes monitoring emails for incoming invoices, routing invoices to department supervisors, and verifying agency shifts worked with agency invoices.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and prior office work experience. They will be responsible for entering AP invoices into the PCC AP database, organizing AP checks, and filing invoices. Additionally, they will assist with sending out month-end resident statements and maintain the cleanliness of the coffee machine and copy machine area.
The Financial Clerk AP/AR will also be responsible for greeting and assisting Admin Office visitors, covering the front desk when the receptionist is absent, and maintaining confidentiality of protected health information. They will be expected to report any noncompliance with policies, procedures, or breaches in confidentiality to appropriate personnel.
This is a nonexempt position that requires the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. The ideal candidate will be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork, and have the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Responsibilities

Requirements
