Facilities Operations Supervisor

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to take on the role of Facilities Operations Supervisor within our esteemed property management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team and manage daily maintenance and operational tasks.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of resident service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs, as well as other essential duties to uphold the property's condition, value, and attractiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in all aspects of apartment maintenance and building trades, including plumbing and HVAC.
  • CPO and EPA Universal Certifications.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in residential real estate or hospitality sectors is advantageous.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service to residents and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Availability for emergency on-call situations; weekend availability may be required.
