Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment, providing exceptional customer service, and embodying company values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crime Deterrence and Prevention: Act as a visible deterrent while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and employees while ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
  • Incident Reporting: Conduct standardized reports that are prompt, professional, and accurate relative to incidents.
  • Security Breach Response: Notify supervisors and on-site staff of any irregularities, suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards.
  • Removal of Wrongdoers: Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area.
  • Company Values: Embody and promote company values while operating as a highly visible deterrent on site.
  • Job-Related Assignments: Perform various job-related assignments.
  • Surveillance and Reporting: Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
Requirements
  • Meet City/State Requirements: Must meet city/state requirements and/or certifications to perform guard duties.
  • Excellent Surveillance Skills: Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems.
  • Security Experience: Proven experience as a security officer or guard.
  • Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods.
  • Communication Skills: Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license may be required based on post requirements.
Compensation

Minimum: USD $18.00/Hr.

Maximum: USD $19.50/Hr.
