Who We're Looking For:

As our Agile Practice Lead, you'll spearhead a team of Agile practitioners, Scrum Masters, and Kanban Flow Masters to drive agility, productivity, and innovation. Effective communication and relationship-building are key to your success. You'll provide coaching, support Agile teams, and tackle obstacles with a win-win approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a group of Agile practitioners, Scrum Masters, and Kanban Flow Masters
  • Empower Agile practitioners with skills and support to enhance their performance
  • Ensure adherence to Agile practices and track team progress to drive continuous improvement
  • Address obstacles hindering team goals and implement solutions
  • Handle HR activities for Agile practitioners, including recruitment and talent development
  • Assist in budgeting for Agile staff support and resources
  • Act with integrity, empathy, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of software development experience with a focus on Agile methodologies
  • 3+ years of experience working with Agile teams and leading Agile projects
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile principles and certification
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills to enhance team performance
  • Certification in Scrum Master or Kanban and proficiency in Microsoft applications

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Background in personnel management and leadership
  • Advanced Scrum or Coaching Certifications
  • Product Owner certification or relevant experience
