  • Evangelize Best Practices: Evangelize the adoption of development best practices, such as agile and lean methodologies, API-first development methodology, event-based architecture design, dev-ops, continuous delivery, test automation, containerization, and cloud deployments.
Requirements
  • AWS Solution Architect Certificate: Required
  • Experience with Data and AI: Required, with experience leveraging data and AI in back-office and contact center environments.
  • Cloud-Native Technologies: Proven experience and expertise in cloud-native technologies, ML/AI technologies, modern data engineering architecture, and modern application architectures.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading technology/digital transformation from legacy architecture to modern architecture, including micro-UI architecture, event-based architecture, and micro-service in the cloud.
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of related software engineering/architecture experience.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience with contact center technologies related to phone, email, and mail channels, and recordkeeper technologies (e.g. SS&C and Empower).
