About You:
As our Agile Practice Lead, you will spearhead a team of Scrum Masters, Kanban Flow Masters, and Agile practitioners to drive agility, productivity, and innovation. Effective communication and relationship-building are crucial to your success. You'll support Agile teams, provide coaching, and tackle obstacles with a win-win approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a group of Scrum Masters, Kanban Flow Masters, and Agile practitioners to drive business outcomes
- Empower Agile practitioners with skills and support to enhance team performance
- Ensure adherence to Agile practices and track team progress to achieve business objectives
- Address obstacles hindering team goals and implement solutions to drive success
- Handle HR activities for Agile practitioners, including talent development and performance management
- Assist in budgeting for Agile staff support to optimize resource allocation
- Act with integrity, caring, and excellence for all-win outcomes, aligning with Frost Bank's values
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of software development experience, with a focus on Agile methodologies
- 3+ years of experience working with Agile teams, driving business outcomes
- Advanced Agile knowledge and certification, such as Scrum Master or Kanban
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop Agile practitioners
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
Preferred Skills:
- Financial services industry experience, with a focus on banking
- Personnel management background, with experience in talent development and performance management
- Advanced Scrum or Coaching Certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master or Certified Agile Coach
- Product Owner certification or relevant experience, with a focus on product development and delivery
