About You:As an Agile Project Facilitator III, you serve as the essential guide, mentor, and coach, connecting the objectives of product management, operations, and software engineering. Utilizing Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, you will be the pivotal figure in ensuring your teams achieve their Sprint objectives, navigate challenges, and engage in continuous improvement. Our facilitators prioritize communication and aim to cultivate strong relationships across the organization. You will keep your teams aligned and enhance productivity to swiftly deliver value to our clients with a commitment to mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices, while promoting an Agile mindset throughout
  • Facilitate decision-making and remove obstacles to support software development efforts
  • Guide, assess, and inspire development teams to refine processes and boost productivity
  • Design and conduct workshops to educate and promote Agile principles, focusing on Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban
  • Encourage personal development by coaching team members to become self-sufficient and responsible
  • Act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience within software development teams, including at least 4 years as an Agile Project Facilitator working with multiple Agile teams
  • Proven expertise in applying Agile methodologies and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams
  • Strong interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to clearly present ideas, facilitate discussions, and design and lead training sessions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possession of a CSM/PSM, A-CSM, or CSP-SM certification

Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Project management expertise
  • Familiarity with the financial services sector
