Key Responsibilities- Communicate with consumers and businesses to resolve complaints and provide information on consumer-related matters.
- Analyze and document consumer complaints, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and provide reports as needed to support the Agency's mission.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to consumer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and effective complaint resolution.
- Four-year high school diploma or equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization.
- One year of satisfactory clerical experience, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
- Excellent keyboard skills, with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.
