Job Overview

VillageCare MAX seeks a highly skilled Senior Grievance Resolution Specialist to oversee the investigation and resolution of complaints and grievances from members. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DOH and CMS requirements and be able to manage all aspects of the grievance system process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining an infrastructure to ensure consistent resolution responses are accessible to all operational teams and business units. They will also ensure that all regulatory reports and time frames are met by conducting on-going compliance audits to ensure compliance and member satisfaction.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3-5 years of Managed Long Term Care experience. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid Grievance and appeals process is a must. Proficiency in general computer software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, is also required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
