Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the Strategic Implementation Office in the Northwest region. The ideal candidate will reside in the state of Oregon or Vancouver, WA, and have a strong understanding of business strategy and organizational alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business strategy and organizational alignment by working closely with executives to develop, refine, and articulate the business strategy.
  • Develop and implement business initiatives, systems, and processes to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects and programs by coordinating stakeholders, recommending resources, and consulting on project plans.
  • Proactively monitor and identify client, project, program, and business risks, issues, and trigger events.
  • Design and lead change management plans associated with business initiatives.
  • Drive the assessment of strategic performance metrics to support business initiatives.
  • Serve as an advocate for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Support vendor management as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of six years of experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations, or a related field.
  • Or, a Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Services Administration, or a related field and a minimum of four years of experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations, or a related field.
  • Or, a minimum of nine years of experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Four years of experience providing consultation on UXD projects, programs, or initiatives.
  • Two years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
Work Environment

This role is a full-time position with a standard schedule, working 40 hours per week. The work location is remote, and the worker must align with Kaiser Permanente's Authorized States policy.
