Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute sourcing initiatives to enhance our supply base and support our innovation-driven approach.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure alignment with our strategic sourcing and product development goals.
  • Manage Requests for Quotation and Proposal, ensuring alignment with our innovation and operational requirements.
  • Negotiate and finalize supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms and successful onboarding of new suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive optimal supply cost and performance.
  • Develop and maintain key supplier relationships to mitigate risk and maximize opportunities.
  • Conduct research into industry trends, pricing, and emerging technologies to inform sourcing decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Procurement/Sourcing function.
  • Experience working for a manufacturing company is desired.
